Noodles with Chicken, Bean Sprouts, Cucumber and Special Hot Sauce
Date completed:  Monday April 28th, 2003
The flavors of food are so subtle. Now this one, even though it's basically the same as Chicken Salad except that it comes in a bowl, there's a little less lettuce, and instead of the glass noodles, they're the big thick "spaghetti noodles". But for some reason, this one just doesn't do it for me. I think these spaghetti noodles need to be with hot food and some good meat. Also, it's hard to eat this one without being really messy, because you have to grab a big clunch of them in your mouth and you can't eat it all, so you're left with half a clunch of noodles and vegetables falling out your mouth. It's not real pleasant, but at least there's a bowl so they're not spilling all over the place.
